SHORT DESCRIPTION:

IOTA-XPJ-1811 is composed of polymer and organo siloxane.

FEATURES:

IOTA-XPJ-1811 has excellent defoaming and antifoaming performance. It is special designed for oil /solvent systems. It can effectively eliminate the foam produced in the production, packaging and construction of oil-based coating systems and various solvent-based systems.

APPLICATIONS:

Oil-based glue, paint, oil-based epoxy floor, circuit board ink, screen printing UV ink, polyester paint, plastic paint, polyurethane paint, nitrolacquer, wood paint, metal paint, automotive paint, building paint, oil-based lubricating oil, emulsified asphalt, oil-based epoxy resin, oil-based polyurethane resin system, etc.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

IOTA-XPJ-1811 can be added directly. The recommended amount is 0.1-0.3% of the total amount, the best amount must be tested before use, and the adding amount in ink should be not too much to avoid shrinkage phenomenon.

25/200kg plastic pail or 1000kg IBC tank

SHELF LIFE:

Room Temperature Storage(5°C-40°C), avoid direct sun light, shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
